- What generative AI is: what sits behind Claude or ChatGPT, from "autocomplete" to an assistant that writes, summarises and reasons
- Why it sometimes makes things up: it does not query a database, it predicts; understanding this is knowing when to trust it
- It all depends on what you tell it: with the right information it gets it right; learn to give it properly
- From answering to doing: it can already use your email, calendar and files to do tasks for you
- Asking properly: clear instructions, examples and repetition for consistent results
- Responsible use: Claude, GPT and Gemini, when to use each; privacy, bias and verification
Automate your business
