Your own server, in Europe
Your assistant lives on a server dedicated to you alone, hosted in Germany. Evy's central database is also in Europe (Frankfurt).
Data encrypted in your private space
Your assistant's disk is encrypted, protected against theft or physical copying. Our team can access it for maintenance when needed: it is not a fully sealed box.
We do not train on your data
Your memory and your files are stored on your server. To answer you, the text of the conversation travels to the AI model you choose and comes back; we ask providers not to use it for training, and we do not use it either.
A budget with a mandatory cap
Every plan includes AI usage each month. If it runs out, your assistant pauses and spends nothing more until you decide to raise it. Never a surprise bill.
What we do not encrypt (so you know)
What you type in the Evy app, on your computer or in the browser, goes straight to your server, encrypted on the way, without passing through our servers. It is not end-to-end encrypted: your server reads it to answer you, and the text travels to the AI model to prepare the reply. If you write to it on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, the message also goes through those services. We do receive short notes of what your assistant does, such as "quote created", and the pages it publishes when you open them. Your stored data and your backups are always protected.
If something fails, your backups are safe.
We already run automatic backups
Depending on your plan, we automatically back up your assistant. They are encrypted with your 12-word recovery phrase: nobody, not even Evy, can read them without those words.
Your recovery phrase
When your assistant is created we give you 12 unique words. They are the only key that unlocks your backups. If you lose them, not even we can recover your backups.
